Funeral services for Carrie Mae Malcolm, 94, Norton, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Crossroads Church in Norton. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Almena.She died Friday, Feb. 13, 2009, at Andbe Home in Norton.She was born Feb. 28, 1914, in Long Island, the daughter of Hercules Murphy and Sara Elizabeth Crammer Holiday. She grew up in the Long Island community and graduated from Long Island High School. She moved to Almena in 1942. She was a member of the Methodist church and various community clubs.She married George Malcolm on Feb. 19, 1936, in Long Island. He died July 15, 1991.Survivors include two daughters, Margaret McElroy and Carol Ann Wertenberger, both of Topeka; two sons, Donald Malcolm, Almena, and Thomas Malcolm, Lawrence; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Enfield Funeral Home in Norton.The family suggests memorials to Gideons International for Bibles, P.O.
