Alma Virginia Knott 1916 - 2009 Siloam Spring, Ark.
Siloam Springs, Ark. — Memorial services for Alma Virginia Knott, 92, Siloam Springs, will be announced at a later date. Cremation is planned.
Mrs. Knott died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab.
She was born Aug. 26, 1916, in Johnson County, Kan., the daughter of George J. and Della Alma Davis Votaw. She had lived in Parsons, Kan., until nine months ago.
Mrs. Knott was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Parsons.
She married Maurice Herbert Knott on July 4, 1941, in Little Rock, Ark. He preceded her in death Aug. 26, 1979.
Mrs. Knott was also preceded in death by a grandson, Mike Lopp.
Survivors include two daughters, Deanna Lisk and husband Bill, Siloam Springs, and Virginia Mitchell, Pleasanton, Kan.; a sister, Georgia Wright, Racine, Wis.; three grandchildren, Jeff Lopp, Christina Mitchell and Darren Bradfield; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Carmon Votaw, Hot Springs, Ark.
