Margaret Clark 1923 - 2008 Topeka
Services for Margaret Clark, 85, Topeka, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church in Topeka.Mrs. Clark died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008, at a Topeka hospice facility. She was born Feb. 28, 1923, in Watonga, Okla., the daughter of Joshua Nash and Bessie Gilland.Survivors include two sons, Howard Powers, Phoenix, and Raymond Powers and wife Rheugena, Olathe; a daughter, Hazel Frazier, Omaha, Neb.; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and four siblings.Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bowser Johnson Funeral Chapel in Topeka, where the family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday.
