Memorial services for Judith "Jill" Loven-Bennett, 67, Lawrence, will be at a later date in California.Mrs. Loven-Bennett died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.She was born Dec. 22, 1940, in Post, Texas, the daughter of L.D. and Geraldine Bloodworth McGinnis.Mrs. Loven-Bennett was an artist.She married Curtis Bennett. He survives, of the home.Other survivors include a daughter, Leslie Loven, San Mateo, Calif.; three sons, Chip Loven, Danville, Calif., Michael Barrow, Austin, Texas, and Scott Bennett, Washington, D.C.The family suggests memorials to the Lawrence Humane Society, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.Online condolences may be sent at warrenmcelwain .com, subject: Loven-Bennett.
