Services for Ethel Moon, 95, Winchester, are tentatively planned for Tuesday morning and will be arranged by Barnett-Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Oskaloosa.Burial will be in Winchester-Wise Cemetery.She died Saturday, Nov. 29, 2008, at the Jefferson Memorial Senior Living Center in Winchester.Friends may call Monday evening at the funeral home.
