Margaret E. Glover

Graveside services for Margaret E. Glover, 81, Lewisville, Texas, will be at 10 a.m. Monday, May 26, in Worden Cemetery.Mrs. Glover died Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at Regency Hospital of North Dallas after an extended illness.She was born May 30, 1926, the daughter of Walter G. and Lulu C. Ruggles Oehrle. She graduated from Overbrook High School in 1943 and attended Kansas University, where she was awarded a Miller Hall Scholarship. She received a bachelor’s degree in home economics from Kansas State University. She lived in Manhattan, Kan., Colby, Hutchinson and Salina. She later moved to Texas and resided at Lewisville Estates since 2002.Mrs. Glover worked in a series of administrative positions at Kansas Wesleyan University and for certified public accountants and Realtors in Salina. She later worked for many realty and title companies in the North Dallas area.She was a member of University United Methodist Church and Zonta International Club of Salina. She enjoyed supporting her children in music, sports, church, scouts and drum and bugle corps for many years.Mrs. Glover married Gordon Wakeman Glover in 1947. He preceded her in death.Survivors include a sister; a son, Randy; two daughters, Rita and Dana; and four grandchildren.The family suggests memorials to Miller Hall, Kansas University Endowment Association, P.O.
