Irene E. Fiehler 1913 - 2008 Wellsville
Services for Irene E. Fiehler, 95, Wellsville, will be at 1 p.m. today at Wilson's Funeral Home in Wellsville. Burial will be in Wellsville Cemetery.Mrs. Fiehler died Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.She was born March 19, 1913, in Saranac Lake, N.Y., the daughter of David and Hallie May Carpenter. She graduated from Wellsville High School.She was a homemaker and also owned Pecks Antique Store on her family farm. She was a member of the Wellsville United Methodist Church.She married John Donald Fiehler in 1930. He died in 1982.A son, Donald Duane, and a granddaughter also died earlier.Survivors include a daughter, Judith Forkell, Broomfield, Colo.; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
