Memorial services for Forest Elmer "Frostie" Tallcott, 95, Palm Bay, Fla., were Saturday at South Brevard Funeral Home in Melbourne.Mr. Tallcott died Sunday, July 6, 2008, at William Childs Hospice in Palm Bay.He was born Feb. 18, 1913, in Hollenberg, Kan., the son of Elmer Wilbert and Cora Lulu Thrapp Tallcott.Mr. Tallcott served in the Civilian Conservation Corps for three years during World War II. He worked for 32 years as a civil engineer for the Department of Agriculture. He was a 50-year member of the Masonic Order. He sang as a barbershop quartet tenor and enjoyed practicing with his family at an early age.Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Nellie Elizabeth "Beth" Tallcott; a daughter, Faye J. Sheppard; two stepsons, Robert E. and Scott R.
