Patrick C. “Skeeter” Mills

Memorial services for Patrick C. “Skeeter” Mills, 59, Lawrence, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Private inurnment will be at a later date in Carmel, Calif.Mr. Mills died Sunday, July 6, 2008, at his home.He was born Aug. 9, 1948, in Carmel, Calif., the son of Archie L. and Violet B. McKone Mills.Mr. Mills worked as a security guard for Allied Barton.Survivors include his father and stepmother, Archie L. and Catherine Mills, Lawrence; a daughter, Mary Palmer, Raleigh, N.C.; two brothers, Stuart and Roger, both of Lawrence; a sister, Pam Scott, Phoenix; and several grandchildren.
