Harold L. Clark

Graveside services for Harold L. Clark, 90, Greensburg, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Norcatur Cemetery in Norcatur.Mr. Clark died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2008, at Harry Hynes Hospice in Wichita.He was born Jan. 16, 1918, in Sterling, Colo., the son of Walter and Lodema Irvin Clark. He lived in Trenton, Neb., and Gunnison, Colo., and moved to Greensburg in 1959.Mr. Clark served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a retired printer and owned and operated Clark Printing in Greensburg.He married Margaret Mavity on April 6, 1941, in Hill City. She died July 20, 2006.Survivors include two sons, James W. and wife Shelley, Lawrence, and Jon, Greensburg; a daughter, Anita Whiteside, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Greensburg High School gymnasium.The family suggests memorials to Kansas Historical Society or a charity of the donor’s choice, sent in care of Fleener Funeral Home, P.O.
