Perry – Funeral services for Hazel M. Yost, 90, Perry, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Perry American Legion Building. Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Perry.Ms. Yost died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Barnett-Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Oskaloosa.
