Services for Ifechukwu Amara Obiorah, 32, Lawrence, will be at noon Sept. 15 at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home.Mr. Obiorah died Friday, Aug. 31, 2007, in Lawrence.He was born Oct. 16, 1974, in Nigeria, the son of Felix C. and Nneka Obiorah. He graduated from Topeka High School in 1993 and earned a degree in finance from Kansas State University.Survivors include a son, Ezugo, Manhattan; a brother, Uche, Lawrence; two sisters, Chioma, Dallas, and Lje, Cincinnati; and his parents.Friends may call from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at the funeral home, where family will receive them from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.The family suggests memorials to the Obiorah Fund, sent in care of the funeral home.Online condolences may be made at www.rumsey-yost.com.
