Dorothy Louise Masterson Landman

Hutchinson – Memorial services for Dorothy Louise Masterson Landman, 89, Hutchinson, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church in Hutchinson with the Rev. Tim Soule officiating. Private graveside services will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Hutchinson.Mrs. Landman died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2007, at Hospice House in Hutchinson.She was born Feb. 18, 1918, in Wilmore, the daughter of Clarence Oliver and Ethel Lila McEowen Masterson. She graduated from Wilmore High School and attended Southwestern College. She was a longtime resident of Hutchinson.Mrs. Landman was a homemaker. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, PEO Chapter BL and volunteered for many community organizations.She married Lee G. Landman on Jan. 11, 1942, in Hutchinson. He died Oct. 11, 2000.Mrs. Landman was also preceded in death by a son, Robert Masterson Landman.Survivors include a son, William Lee Landman, Wichita; two daughters, Mary Lou Landman Yost, Mansfield, Texas, and Susan Landman Harwood, Lawrence; a daughter-in-law, Faye Pincus, Kansas City, Mo.; and four grandchildren, Sam L. and Haley G. Harwood, and Molly M. and Kyle P. Landman.Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Elliott Mortuary in Hutchinson.
