Vicki Lynn Anspach 1962 - 2007 Webb City, Mo.

Joplin, Mo. - Funeral services for Vicki Lynn Anspach, 45, Webb City, Mo., will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Parker Mortuary in Joplin. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. Saturday at Oakwood Cemetery in Parsons, Kan.Mrs. Anspach died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007, at her home after a long battle with cancer.She was born June 27, 1962, in Fremont, Neb., the daughter of Larry and Mayetta Harris Edson. She was a longtime resident of Lawrence.Mrs. Anspach was a homemaker. She worked at the theater in Fremont and Gail's Fashions. She also worked at Pizza Hut, J.C. Penney, Ruskin's and the Katy Station in Parsons. She was a member of Community of Christ Church and the Joplin Welcome Club.She married John Anspach. He preceded her in death.Survivors include her paternal grandfather, C.R. Edson; father and stepmother, Larry and Regina Edson; a brother, Brian Edson; three daughters, Amanda, Andrea and Adriana Anspach; a granddaughter; and her companion, David Norris.The family suggests memorials to her children, sent in care of the mortuary, P.O. Box 2305, Joplin, MO 64803.
