DeAndre "Dre" A. Moore 1979 - 2007 Lawrence

Funeral services for DeAndre "Dre" A. Moore, 28, Lawrence, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Duane E. Harvey Funeral Directors Chapel, 9100 Blue Ridge Blvd., Kansas City, Mo. Burial will be in Brooking Cemetery in Raytown, Mo.Mr. Moore died Monday, March 12, 2007, in Lawrence.He was born Jan. 27, 1979, in Kansas City, Mo., the son of Linda K. Porter. He attended school in the Kansas City, Mo., school district. He lived in the Kansas City area most of his life until he moved to Lawrence.Mr. Moore worked as a lineman for Sunflower Broadband and then as a cable splicer for Bear Construction Co. in Lawrence.Survivors include his fiancee, Misty Cannon, of the home; a son, DeAndre A. Jr., of the home; a daughter, Aliah Ray, of the home; his mother, Linda K. Moore-Nicholas, Kansas City, Mo.; a brother, Robert Moore, Lawrence; two sisters, Diana Campbell and Roxanne Moore, both of Kansas City, Mo.; and his special friend, Joyce Hunt, of the home.The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at the chapel before the services.
