Victoria "Vicky" L. Anderson 1960 - 2007 Paola

Funeral services for Victoria "Vicky" L. Anderson, 47, Paola, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence. Burial will be in Clinton Cemetery.Ms. Anderson died Thursday, June 21, 2007, at Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, Mo.She was born March 20, 1960, in West Palm Beach, Fla., the daughter of James F. and Violet Louise LaRue Anderson. She lived in Kansas City, Kan., from 1969 until she moved to Paola in 1984.Ms. Anderson worked for the Senior Center in Paola and was a member of First Baptist Church in Paola.Survivors include her mother, Violet Anderson, Kansas City, Kan.; her father and stepmother, James F. and Serena Anderson, Lawrence; a son, Aaron E. Anderson, College Station, Texas; a brother, James G. Anderson, Fountain Valley, Calif.; and a sister, Patricia Ann Strange, Prairie Village.The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.The family suggests memorials to First Baptist Church of Paola or Bert Nash Mental Health Clinic, sent in care of the mortuary.Online condolences may be sent at <a href="http://www.warrenmcelwain.com">www.warrenmcelwain.com</a>, subject: Anderson.
