Bobby D. Davis 1936 - 2007 Salina

Memorial services and inurnment for Bobby D. Davis, 70, Salina, will be later.Mr. Davis died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007, in Salina.He was born July 28, 1936, in Mendon, Mo., the son of George W. and Mary A. Davis.Mr. Davis worked for UPS for 20 years before he retired. He lived in Lawrence, Overbrook, Carbondale and Scranton before moving to Salina in 1986.He married Barbara Mitchell on July 5, 1956, in Lawrence. She survives, of the home.Other survivors include four sons, James and Garry, both of Salina, Ronald, McLouth, and Micheal, Wichita; a daughter, Kimberly Bernhardt, Carbondale; two sisters, Peggy Vausbinder, Lawrence, and Dixie Woods, Desert Hot Springs, Calif.; 21 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association or American Lung Association of Kansas, sent in care of Ryan Mortuary, 137 N.
