Christopher Brian Lindley 1972 - 2007 Lawrence
Services for Christopher Brian Lindley, 34, Lawrence, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Watkins Brothers Memorial Chapel in Kansas City, Mo. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery in Kansas City, Mo. Mr. Lindley died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.He was born Sept. 6, 1972, in Kansas City, Mo., the son of Clyde and Rebecca Lindley. He graduated from Raytown South High School in 1990. He was recruited by Kansas University to play NCAA Division I basketball. He was involved in an accident and unable to play for KU, but continued his full scholarship. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from KU in 2004. He lived most of his adult life in Lawrence.Survivors include his parents; two sisters, Candance and Rafella; a brother, Kenton; his partner, Angie Reinking; and a grandfather, Zach Lindley.Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday before the services at the chapel.
