Elizabeth Renegar Ferguson 1914 - 2006 Washington, D.C.
Services for Elizabeth Renegar Ferguson, 92, Washington, D.C., were Saturday, Sept. 2, at Methodist Home in Washington, D.C.Mrs. Ferguson died Aug. 22, 2006, in Washington, D.C., from pneumonia.She was born May 3, 1914, in Chattanooga, Tenn., the daughter of Walter Renegar and Ola Shannon. She was a former resident of Drury Place in Lawrence, Kan.Mrs. Ferguson worked as a clerk in Roslyn, N.Y., and was a member of Congregational Church in Manhasset, N.Y.She married Alexander Ferguson in 1933 in Chattanooga, Tenn. He died earlier.Survivors include a son, Shannon Ferguson, Washington, D.C.; a daughter, Elizabeth Soppelsa, Washington, D.C.; and a grandson.
