Paul Dean Grace 1940 - 2006
No public service is planned for Paul Dean Grace, 66, Lawrence.He died Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2006, at Midland Hospice House in Topeka. Cremation is planned.He was born April 9, 1940, in McLouth, the son of Edgar G. and Clara Irene Magill Grace. He graduated from McLouth High School.Mr. Grace served in the U.S. Navy from 1958 to 1960. He was an automotive mechanic.Survivors include a brother, Ernie and wife Jana, Bloomington, Ill.; and two sisters, Betty Puckett and husband Leo, Seattle, and Aleen Backenstose, Romeo, Mich.His parents and a sister, Clara Maye Kramer, died earlier.The family suggests memorials to the Oncology Center at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home in Lawrence.Online condolences may be sent at <a href="http://www.rumsey-yost.com">www.rumsey-yost.com</a>.
