Iva Leanne DeSha Quillun 1953 - 2006
Services for Iva Leanne DeSha Quillun, 53, Independence, will be at 11 a.m. today at Hosanna Chapel in Independence. Private graveside services will be in Milo Cemetery in Milo at a later date.Mrs. Quillun died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006, in Kansas City, Mo.She was born Jan. 30, 1953, in Harrisonville, the daughter of Randolph and Naida Rapp DeSha. She graduated from Nevada High School.Mrs. Quillun worked as a medication technician.She married William "Bill" Quillun on Jan. 26, 1997, in Independence. He survives, of the home.Other survivors include a son, David Stark; a daughter, Analisa "Dede" Bierig, Lawrence, Kan.; two brothers, Richard and Randy DeSha; three sisters, Ruth Hall, Lawrence, Mary Redmon and Sandi Hall; and four grandchildren.The family suggests memorials to Hosanna Chapel, 8127 S. Hawthorne Ave., Independence, MO 64052.
