Phyllis L. Anderson 1954 - 2006 Baldwin City
Services for Phyllis L. Andersen, 52, Baldwin City, will be at 10 a.m. today at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Burial will be at Clinton Cemetery.Mrs. Andersen died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006, at her home.She was born March 28, 1954, in Gardner, the daughter of Earl J. and Mildred L. Leatherman Rousselo.Mrs. Andersen worked for Lawrence Memorial Hospital in the medical records department and as a unit clerk, certified nurse's assistant and physical therapist assistant. She was active in LMH activities and was a coordinator for the United Way. She also was involved with Girl Scouts.She married Darrell L. Andersen on Feb. 8, 1975, in Vinland. He survives, of the home.Other survivors include two daughters, Stacie Andersen, Miami, Mo., and Kelly Andersen, Lawrence; four sisters, Patricia Copp, Tatha Oshel and Shannon Channel, all of Lawrence, and Shelly Buchanan, Eudora; two brothers, Earl "Jim" Rousselo and Charles Rousselo, both of Lawrence; and three grandchildren.A sister died earlier.The family suggests memorials to the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Endowment for the Oncology Unit, sent in care of the mortuary.Online condolences may be sent at <a href="http://www.warrenmcelwain.com">www.warrenmcelwain.com</a>, subject: Andersen.
