Ruth Fern Will 1929 - 2006 Rural Herington
Services for Ruth Fern Will, 77, Hillsboro, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Lyons Creek Church in rural Herington. Burial will be in Lyons Creek Cemetery in rural Herington.Miss Will died Tuesday, May 23, 2006, at St. Luke Living Center in Marion.She was born Jan. 6, 1929, in rural Herington, the daughter of Albert F. and Lydia B. Strauss Will. She was a longtime resident of Lawrence.Miss Will worked as a registered nurse and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.Survivors include three brothers, Dale Will, Indiana, Charles Will, Herington, and Paul Will, New Mexico; and a sister, Dorothy Fredrickson, Marion.The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro.The family suggests memorials to St. Luke's Living Center or the church, sent in care of the funeral home, 401 South Washington St., Hillsboro 67063.
