Frank L. Bateson 1930 - 2006 Basehor
Services for Frank L. Bateson, 76, Basehor, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Angels Catholic Church in Basehor.Mr. Bateson died Monday, May 22, 2006, at his home.He was born March 26, 1930, in Lawrence, the son of Benjamin and Ruth Dawson Bateson.Mr. Bateson served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He retired as a welder and mechanic for Scherer Truck Equipment Co. in Parkville, Mo. He was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church.He married Rose Fantasia on April 1, 1951, in Watertown, Mass. She survives, of the home.The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until the service hour Wednesday at the church.The family suggests memorials to the church building fund, sent in care of Quisenberry Funeral Home, P.O. Box 993, Tonganoxie 66086.
