Josephine A. McLean-Brenner 1924 - 2006 Kansas City, Mo.
Services for Josephine A. McLean-Brenner, 81, Kansas City, Mo., will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at North Cross United Methodist Church in Kansas City, Mo. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Lawrence.Mrs. McLean-Brenner died Saturday, May 6, 2006, at her home.She was born Aug. 2, 1924, in Hepler, the daughter of Edgar C. and Hazel Krokstrom Starliper.She was a buyer for Nationwide Paper Co. and Champion Office Products. She retired in 1987.She married John L. McLean on Jan. 23, 1943, in Lawrence. He died Aug. 19, 1995. She married Paul Brenner in November 1997. He survives, of the home.Other survivors include a daughter, Sandi Partain, Lathrop, Mo.; a son, John David McLean, Platte City, Mo.; a stepson, David Brenner, Tremble, Mo.; a stepdaughter, Ann Wild, College Station, Texas; a sister, Phyllis Pavlicek, Houston; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the church.The family suggests memorials to the church or North Care Hospice, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
