Kathleen Martin Taylor 1923 - 2006 Topeka
Topeka - Memorial services for Kathleen Martin Taylor, 82, Topeka, will be at 2 p.m. May 20 at the Brewster Place Chapel in Topeka.Mrs. Taylor died Wednesday, May 3, 2006.She was born Aug. 9, 1923, the daughter of Paul G. and Margaret Armantrout Martin. She graduated from Topeka High School and Washburn University with bachelor's and master's degrees in literature.Mrs. Taylor worked as a secretary for Burgwin and Martin and also taught at Jardine Junior High School in Topeka. She was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and PEO Chapter DV, and started the Topeka Celiac Sprue Support Group.She married Douglas M. Reeve in 1946. They divorced. She married Paul David Taylor in 1958. He died April 15, 2006.Survivors include a son Douglas M. Reeve Jr., Lawrence; a daughter, Candace Reeve, Lawrence; and three grandchildren.The family suggests memorials to the Epilepsy Foundation, 4351 Garden City Drive, Landover, Md. 20785, or the Celiac Sprue Assn., P.O.
