Services for Carol Ann Kurtz, 64, Lawrence, will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Lawrence Funeral Chapel.Mrs. Kurtz died Tuesday, March 14, 2006, in Lawrence.She was born Nov. 21, 1941, in Manhattan.Mrs. Kurtz was a homemaker. She worked at Hallmark Cards Inc. for six years and was a member of Clinton Parkway Assembly of God Church.She married Robert "Dale" Kurtz in Topeka. He survives, of the home.Other survivors include two sons, Robert D. Kurtz Jr., Port St. John, Fla., and David A. Kurtz, Lawrence; a daughter, Deblyn Ann Kurtz, Lawrence; two brothers, Ron Fields, Topeka, and Merlin Fields, Houston; a sister, Delores Helmick, Topeka; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.The family suggests memorials to the Clinton Parkway Assembly of God Church, sent in care of the funeral chapel.
