Bette Unruh Wichita
Services for Bette Unruh, 85, Wichita, will be at 2 p.m. today at Downing and Lahey Mortuary East in Wichita.Mrs. Unruh died Tuesday, June 20, 2006, in Wichita.She was born March 29, 1921, in Bradford, Canada, the daughter of Maurice and Kate Finch Shackell.Mrs. Unruh was a homemaker.She was married to David Unruh, who died earlier.Survivors include two daughters, Kathy Francis, Wichita, and Pamela Smith, Lawrence; a brother, Maurice Shackell, Marshall, Mich.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.The family suggests memorials to Trinity Lutheran Church, 611 S.
