James E. Fagan Benton
A funeral Mass for James E. Fagan, 80, Benton, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church in El Dorado. Graveside services will follow at Kechi Cemetery.Mr. Fagan died Sunday, June 18, 2006, in Benton.He was a retired Getty Oil pipeline transportation manager, farmer and stockman.He was a member of the Wichita Cosmopolitan Club.He married Barbara J. Morris Fagan. She died earlier.Survivors include two sons, Bill, Athens, Ala., and Dan, Benton; two daughters, Susan Ashcraft, Lawrence, and Christa Chauvin, Cerritos, Calif.; a sister, Patricia Hupman, Wichita; and three grandchildren.Rosary services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Downing & Lahey Mortuary East in Wichita.The family suggests memorials to the American Diabetes Assn. or the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, sent in care of the mortuary, 6555 E.
