Richard Duane Albrecht 1966 - 2006 Dodge City
Services for Richard Duane "Richie" Albrecht, 40, Dodge City, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Swaim Funeral Home in Dodge City. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City.Mr. Albrecht died Friday, June 9, 2006, in Pine Bluff, Ark.He was born March 14, 1966, in Rocky Ford, Colo., the son of Richard and Phyllis Marie Gibson Albrecht. He grew up in Dodge City and graduated from Dodge City High School.Mr. Albrecht was a truck driver for Sprott Trucking in Dodge City.Survivors include a daughter, Taunie Albrecht, Washington; a brother, Billy McElhaney, Wichita; and a sister, Diana Jones, McLouth.The family will receive friends from noon to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.The family suggests memorials to the Richard Albrecht Memorial Fund, sent in care of the funeral home, 1901 Sixth Ave., Dodge City 67801.Online condolences may be sent at <a href="www.swaimfuneralhome.com">www.swaimfuneralhome.com,</a>.
