Ida Belle Lewis Brim 1915 - 2006
Burial for Ida Belle Lewis Brim, 91, Lawrence, will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Albuquerque, N.M.Mrs. Brim died Tuesday, June 13, 2006, at Brandon Woods Arbor in Lawrence. She was born Jan. 23, 1915, in Berino, N.M., the daughter of Jeff and Fannie Lewis. She lived in North Carolina, California, Oklahoma and New Mexico. She moved to Lawrence in 1997.Mrs. Brim worked as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone and a PBX switchboard operator for Montgomery Ward in Albuquerque.Survivors include a son, Ronald Brim, Lawrence; a daughter, Barbara Chinander, Lawrence; a sister, Ruby Lewis Shroder, Grant, Neb.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.A son, Boyd E.
