Paul F. Dolechek 1914 - 2006 Hoisington
Funeral services for Paul F. Dolechek, 92, Hoisington, will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Hoisington. Burial will be in St. John Church Cemetery in Hoisington.Mr. Dolechek died Friday, July 21, 2006, at Clara Barton Hospital in Hoisington.He was born June 29, 1914, in Dubuque, the son of Paul and Anna Weber Dolechek. He was a lifelong Barton County resident and moved to Hoisington in 1974.He was a farmer and stockman and member of the church and the Knights of Columbus in Hoisington.He married Teresa Miller on May 27, 1941, in Claflin. She survives.Other survivors include a son, Danny, Hoisington; four daughters, Carol Schreiber, Arlington, Texas, Connie Peterson, Albert, Joni Lawrence, Lawrence, and Paula Lumley, Olpe; a sister, Theresa Ney, Hoisington; 13 grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and four stepgreat-grandchildren.Friends may call from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home in Hoisington.The family suggests memorials to the St. John Church Cemetery Fund or to Kans for Kids, sent in care of the funeral home, P.O.
