Fay Sanders 1920 - 2006 Eudora
Graveside services for Fay Sanders, 85, Eudora, were Tuesday at the Coloma, Mo., Cemetery.Mrs. Sanders died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006 at Eudora Nursing Center.She was born Jan. 23, 1920, in Hale, Mo., the daughter of Albert and Ollie Whitaker.She married Melvin A. Gray. He died in 1976. She later married Thomas Sanders. He survives, of Eudora.Other survivors include three daughters, Pam Coley and Gail Freeman, both of Lawrence, and Linda Brandt, Vacaville, Calif.; a sister, Vera Bailey, Independence, Mo.; eight grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.A son, Kenneth Gray, died earlier.Wilson's Funeral Home in Wellsville was in charge of arrangements.
