Margaret E Bohner 1912 - 2006
Services for Margaret E. Bohner, 93, Ottawa, will be at a later date.Mrs. Bohner died Monday, Jan. 2, 2006, at her home.She was born March 17, 1912, in Turkey Mountain, Okla., the daughter of Louis and Pearl L. Young Isham.She was a bookkeeper for an office supply store.She married Merle Jones on Dec. 21, 1931, in Nowata, Okla. He died April 19, 1977. She married George T. Bohner on Sept. 23, 1978, in Brooksville, Fla. He died in 1996.Survivors include two daughters, Marita Pocock and June Dodd, both of Ottawa; a stepdaughter, Diane Ridgley, Canton, Ga.; a stepson, Dale Bohner, Tampa, Fla.; a brother, Melvin Isham, Fort Worth, Texas; a sister, Timmie Bowersock, Albuquerque, N.M; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.The family suggests memorials to Midland Hospice, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence.
