Allen Coffman 1953 - 2006
Services for Allen Coffman, 52, Berryton, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lawrence Funeral Chapel. Cremation is planned.Mr. Coffman died Sunday, Jan. 1, 2006, at his home.He was born Feb. 28, 1953, in Marshfield, Mo., the son of Roy and Hazel G. King Coffman. He graduated from Lawrence High School in 1971.Mr. Coffman was a pest control operator and former co-owner of Schendel Pest Control. He retired in 1997.He married Denise Renee Eccles on Sept. 20, 1985, in Topeka. She survives, of the home.Other survivors include his mother, Hazel Williams, Harvest, Ala.; three sons, Jerry, Topeka, and Nathan and Justin, both of Berryton; a daughter, Randi Coffman, Chicago; three brothers, Eddie, Mountain Home, Idaho, Michial, Lecompton, and Gary, Lawrence; two sisters, Linda Jones, Harvest, Ala., and Patti Ryan, Lawrence; and two grandchildren.The family suggests memorials to the Coffman Children's Education Fund, sent in care of the chapel.
