Mark Hilton Peters 1941 - 2005 Lenexa
Services for Mark Hilton Peters, 64, Lenexa, were Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2005, at First Baptist Church in Raytown, Mo.Mr. Peters died Friday, Sept. 16, 2005, after a short battle with cancer.He was born March 21, 1941, in Austin, Texas, the son of Gerald and Mary Elizabeth Pruitt Peters.Mr. Peters served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He worked at Lift Truck Sales and Service for 31 years.Survivors include his stepmother, Maxine Peters, Plainview, Texas; his wife, Diana, of the home; a daughter, Mandy Peters, Denver; a stepson, Christopher Campbell, Kansas City, Mo.; and two sisters, Billie Loyd, Sacramento, Calif., and Nita Scales, Lawrence.The family suggests memorials to the Salvation Army, 3637 Broadway, Kansas City, MO 64111.
