Norma Purvis Hill

Services for Norma Purvis Hill, 63, Tecumseh, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at West Side Baptist Church in Topeka.Mrs. Hill died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2005, at her home.She was born June 9, 1942, in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Norman “Bud” and Pauline Huff Purvis. She attended Kansas University and Washburn University. Mrs. Hill was a homemaker. She was a volunteer at Doorstep, the Topeka Zoo and a number of other local organizations. She was an active member of West Side Baptist Church and the P.E.O. Sisterhood.She married Kenneth Dillard Krehbiel. He died earlier. She married Alan Maxwell Hill. He died earlier.Survivors include two daughters, Alison Hill Tanner, Hillsborough, N.C., and Kathleen Krehbiel Boutis, Takoma Park, Md.; a brother, Allen Purvis, Washington, D.C.; and three grandchildren.The family suggests memorials to the church, 1008 W.
