Delbert H. Meyer 1922 - 2005 Linn
Services for Delbert H. Meyer, 83, Linn, will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Zion Lutheran Church in Linn. Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery in Linn.Mr. Meyer died Monday, Sept. 26, 2005, at Linn County Nursing Home.He was born Sept. 5, 1922, in Linn, the son of Fred and Sarah Bisping Meyer.Mr. Meyer was a lifelong farmer and a member of Zion Lutheran Church.Survivors include his wife, Ruth, Linn; two sons, Randall, Washington, and Daniel, Linn; three daughters, Delores Meyer and Debra Meyer, both of Lawrence, and Karen Klewein, Acworth, Ga.; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Ward Funeral Home in Linn.A memorial has been established at the funeral home, 408 Fourth St., Linn 66953.
