Bonnie Mae Morgenstern 1929 - 2005 Rogers, Ark.
Services for Bonnie Mae Morgenstern, 75, Rogers, Ark., will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Memorial Park Cemetery in Lawrence, Kan.Mrs. Morgenstern died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2005, in Potomac Falls, Va.She was born Oct. 16, 1929, in Bentonville, Ark., the daughter of Ernest William and Rosie Belle Dorris. She lived in Lawrence for many years.Mrs. Morgenstern retired as a teller at Capitol Federal Savings. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary.She married Eugene Edward Morgenstern. He died earlier.A son, Dale Eugene Morgenstern, also died earlier.Survivors include a son, Dennis Morgenstern, Rogers; a daughter, Pamela Newman, Potomac Falls, Va.; two brothers, Ellis P. Dorris, Dardanelle, Ark., and James Dorris, Springfield, Mo.; two sisters, Erma Gilley, Atkins, Ark., and Carol Baker, Edmond, Okla.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
