Clarence Edward White 1929 - 2005
Private graveside services for Clarence Edward White, 76, Lawrence, will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.Mr. White died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005, at Lakeview Manor in Lawrence. He was born Dec. 22, 1929, in Almena, the son of Clarence and Fay Taylor White. He moved from Summerset to Eudora in 1954 and to Lawrence in 1959.Mr. White was a truck driver for Hercules Ammunition Plant for 35 years. He drove a tanker for Town Oil Co. in Summerset on the weekends.Survivors include a daughter, Paula White, Lawrence.The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.E-mail condolences may be sent to <a href="mailto:info@warrenmcelwain.com">info@warrenmcelwain.com</a>, subject: White.
