Joan Rust 1923 - 2005 Lawrence
Services for Joan Rust, 82, Lawrence, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Mrs. Rust died Thursday, Oct. 27, 2005, at Lawrence Presbyterian Manor.She was born March 27, 1923, in Hull, England, the daughter of Roy and Lillian Seaward.Mrs. Rust was an office assistant for an optometrist for many years.She married J.C. Rust in 1975. He died in 1987.Survivors include two sons, Michael Watkins, Lawrence, and Fred Watkins, San Jose, Calif.; two daughters, Leslie Lewis, Lawrence, and Pauline Diehl, Wrightstown, N.J.; a brother, Roy Seaward, England; a sister, Audrey Dalton, England; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.E-mail condolences may be sent to <a href="mailto:info@warrenmcelwain.com">info@warrenmcelwain.com</a>, subject: Rust.
