Services for David M. Amyx, 41, Lawrence, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.Mr. Amyx died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2005, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.He was born Nov. 19, 1963, in Lawrence, the son of Tom and Shirley Raymer Amyx. He graduated from Lawrence High School in 1981.Mr. Amyx worked at D&D Tire in Lawrence as a heavy equipment and farm tire specialist.He married Lynn Fish Norris on June 6, 1997, in South Padre Island, Texas. She survives, of the home.Other survivors include his parents, Lawrence; five sons, Adam, Steven and Brenn Amyx, and Casey and Beau Norris, all of Lawrence; a daughter, Ashlee Dennison, Salina; three brothers, Mike, Jon and Ron Amyx, all of Lawrence; two granddaughters; and maternal grandfather, Reese Osborne, Lawrence.The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary.The family suggests memorials to the David M.
