Robert E. Miller

An informal visitation for Robert E. “Bob” Miller, 54, rural Eudora, will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary’s Eudora Chapel. Inurnment will be at a later date. Mr. Miller died Friday, Oct. 7, 2005, at his home.He was born Nov. 8, 1950, in Gardner, the son of Robert E. Sr. and Katherine Loftus Miller. He graduated from Gardner-Edgerton High School.Mr. Miller was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War.He was a member of the A.B.A.T.E. of Kansas motorcycle club.Survivors include his father, Eudora; a son, Troy, Eudora; a daughter, Kori Miller, Peculiar, Mo.; three brothers, Patrick, of Lawrence, James, Waverly, and Allen, Edgerton; a sister, Barbara Pearce, Centropolis; and a granddaughter.Friends may call from noon to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary. A memorial reception will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 15 at Mr. Miller’s home in rural Eudora.The family suggests memorials to a charity of the donor’s choice, sent in care of the mortuary, 1003 John L. Williams Drive, Eudora 66025.
