A memorial service for Christopher R. “C.J.” Johnson, 35, Norman, will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Glass Onion Cafe, upstairs at the Yellow Sub on 12th Street in Lawrence, Kan., followed by a gathering at 4 p.m. at the Replay Lounge. Services will also be at 2:30 p.m. today at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in Norman.Mr. Johnson died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2005, in Norman.The family suggests memorials to Food and Shelter for Friends, 104 W.
