Charles D. Budenosky

Services for Charles D. Budenosky, 83, Tonganoxie, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Quisenberry Funeral Home in Tonganoxie. Mr. Budenosky died Thursday, May 5, 2005, at his home.He was born March 5, 1922, in Kansas City, Kan., the son of Anthony and Margaret Lynch Budenosky.Mr. Budenosky served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a retired engineer and had worked for Burlington Northern Railroad. He was also a farmer. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Tonganoxie, the American Legion in Tonganoxie and Disabled American Veterans.He married Jean Perkins on March 5, 1950, in Olathe. She survives, of the home.Other survivors include a son, Bill Wilson, Austin, Texas; four daughters, Judy Greathouse, Kansas City, Kan., Sharon Hull, Lawrence, Nikki Weaver, Tonganoxie, and Janet Richardson, Omaha, Ark.; a brother, Lawrence, Tonganoxie; three sisters, Vera Wallace, Overland Park, Stella Clark, Independence, Mo., and Liz Johnson, Portland, Ore.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A grandson died earlier.A rosary service will be at 5 p.m. Sunday at the Quisenberry Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.The family suggests memorials to Kansas City Hospice, sent in care of the funeral home, P.O.
