Lawrence Buller 1923 - 2005 Henderson, Neb.
Services for Lawrence Buller, 81, Henderson, will be at 2 p.m. today at Mennonite Brethren Church in Henderson. Burial will be in Mennonite Brethren Cemetery near Henderson.Mr. Buller died Saturday, April 30, 2005, in Lincoln.He was born Aug. 30, 1923, in rural Henderson, the son of Henry A. and Katherine Buller. He graduated from Henderson High School in 1941.Mr. Buller was a farmer and retired in 1991. He was a lifelong member of Mennonite Brethren Church, where he taught Sunday school for many years.He married Verna Kroeker on Jan. 22, 1946, in Reedley, Calif. She survives, of the home.Other survivors include two sons, Galen, Santa Fe, N.M., and Lynn, Lincoln; a daughter, Carleen Franz, Lawrence, Kan.; and seven grandchildren.Metz Mortuary in York is in charge of arrangements.The family suggests memorials to the Mennonite Brethren Church Library, sent in care of the mortuary, 109 S.
