Services for Geraldine "Gerry" Kahle, 70, Eudora, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary Eudora Chapel.Mrs. Kahle died Friday, July 29, 2005, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.She was born July 9, 1935, in rural Dwight, the daughter of August and Louise Roder Larson. She moved from Emporia to Eudora in 1976.Mrs. Kahle was a registered nurse and worked for several years at an obstetrics practice in Emporia. She later was an activity director for Eudora Nursing Center. She was a member of Eudora Methodist Church and the Jolly Dozen Card Club in Eudora.She married Darrell E. Kahle on Oct. 9, 1955, in Alta Vista. He survives, of the home.Other survivors include a son, Gerald D. Kahle, Linwood; three daughters, Lynn M. Reif, Dwight, Trisha Krause, Americus, and Darla Lamb, Kansas City, Mo.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the chapel.
