Services for Kimberly Ruth "Kimber" Wilson, 15, Lawrence, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Lawrence Free Methodist Church. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery in Paxico.Kimberly died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2005, at her home.She was born Aug. 30, 1989, in Lawrence, the daughter of Tim and Carol Athon Wilson. She attended Veritas Christian School and had completed the ninth grade. She played basketball at the school in seventh, eighth and ninth grades.Kimberly was a member of the River of Fire Church and was active in the church youth group. She was also a member of Lawrence Children's Choir in 2004.Survivors include her parents, of the home; three sisters, Letitia Garber, Lawrence, Teresa Wilson, Bozeman, Mont., and Susan Wilson, Lawrence; paternal grandmother, Betty Wilson, Paxico; and maternal grandparents, Ronalda Athon, Pomona, Calif., and Don and Jan Athon, Lenexa.The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.The family suggests memorials to the Apostolic Team Ministry in Tampa, Fla., sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.E-mail condolences may be sent to <a href="mailto:info@warrenmcelwain.com">info@warrenmcelwain.com</a>, subject: Wilson.
