Mass of Christian Burial for Patricia "Pat" Ann Schwartz, 73, Lawrence, will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at St. Leo Catholic Church in St. Leo. Burial will be in St. Leo Cemetery.Mrs. Schwartz died Friday, Aug. 5, 2005, at her home in Lawrence.She was born March 25, 1932, in Wichita, the daughter of Patrick L. and Pauline Schmidt Patterson. She also lived in Great Bend and Garden City.Mrs. Schwartz attended school in Wichita and graduated from high school in Seligman, Mo. She was a homemaker. She previously taught weaving classes at Barton County Community College in Great Bend. She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Lawrence and St. Edward's Catholic Church in Cassville, Mo.She married Marcellus "Marc" Schwartz on Sept. 1, 1951. He survives, of the home.Other survivors include a son, Charles, Lawrence; three daughters, Theresa Bush, Lawrence, Paula Blair, Edgerton, and Lois Ray, Olathe; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.A daughter, Mary E. Schwartz, died earlier.Visitation will be at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 6001 Bob Billings Parkway, at 3 p.m. today with a rosary at 4:30 p.m. A visitation will precede services in St. Leo on Monday at 1:45 p.m., with a rosary at 2:15 p.m. at St. Leo Catholic Church.The family suggests memorials to Lawrence Catholic Schools or Hospice Care of Douglas County, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence.E-mail condolences may be sent to <a href="mailto:info@warrenmcelwain.com">info@warrenmcelwain.com</a>, subject: Schwartz.
