Eudora police arrested an Arkansas man over the weekend on suspicion of sex crimes against a 15-year-old.

Devon A. Young, 20, of Springdale, Ark., was formally charged Monday and made his first appearance in Douglas County District Court via video from the jail. According to court records, a judge set his bond at $100,000.

Young is charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child and criminal sodomy, both felonies, according to the complaint filed in Douglas County District Court. According to the complaint, Eudora police investigated the incident, and the crimes allegedly occurred Saturday and involved a victim who is 15.
